Parental consent

A parent or guardian must provide verifiable consent before a child can use Kidzoo.

No ads, no behavioural tracking

We do not show advertising to children and do not profile or behaviourally track them.

Data minimisation

We collect only the information genuinely needed for learning, and retain it no longer than necessary.

Parental controls

Parents can review activity, set limits, and view, export or delete their child's data at any time.

Compliance

We design to align with India's DPDP Act 2023 (children's data), and with COPPA (US under-13) and GDPR-K (EU) where they apply. We will only display a certification seal once it has been formally obtained.
